I’m dedicating my retirement to exploring the world and discovering new animals.
I’ve always loved wildlife and now that I’ve retired I’ve got all the time in the world to venture out into the great outdoors and find out more about these wonderful creatures that we share this planet with. Whether I’m rummaging around in my back garden, taking a long walk in the countryside or on holiday in a far flung paradise, I’m always on the lookout for creatures to spot and record.
Whilst I can’t claim to be an expert photographer (all the photos on my site are taken from outside sources and will be credited where necessary) I do think I’m a pretty good travel writer, so that’s what I’ll be using this site for. This blog will serve as a record for my adventures and travels, here I’ll lay out where I’ve been staying, eating and (most importantly) what animals I’ve been spotting.
